Instructions
Mix all the herbs thoroughly in a bowl.
For each cup of tea, use 1-2 teaspoons of the blend.
Add the herbs to boiling water and steep for 10-15 minutes, covered, to extract the full properties of the herbs.
Strain the herbs before drinking.
