Welcome! I’m Stephanie — Master Herbalist, Certified Holistic Nutritionist, and HTMA practitioner with a deep belief in the body’s incredible ability to heal itself through natural remedies, nourishing foods, and holistic care. My journey into herbalism took root when I dealt with health issues as a teenager and solidified even more after I became a mother. Since then, I’ve immersed myself in the art and science of healing plants, gaining a profound appreciation for nature and the often-overlooked plants that surround us. As a graduate of The School of Natural Healing, I’m honored to follow in the footsteps of Dr. John Christopher, the school’s founder, fulfilling his dream of “an herbalist in every home and a master herbalist in every community.”

Herbal medicine, for me, is more than a career—it’s a lifestyle that blends traditional wisdom with a bit of humor, a lot of heart, and a passion for empowering others. Here, I share practical, down-to-earth insights on herbs, natural healing, and holistic health—without any hype or gimmicks. My goal is simple: to give you the tools and knowledge that can help you take charge of your well-being and reconnect with the natural resources that are all around us.

When I’m not working with clients or creating content, I’m likely whipping up herbal concoctions, testing new recipes, or enjoying the simple joys of life with my family, friends, and community.
